We are looking for an Internal Service Administrator

We are currently seeking an Internal Service Administrator for a full-time assignment based in Gävle. This role is ideal for those who enjoy administrative tasks, service, and structure in an organization with clear processes.

About the Assignment

In the role of administrator, you will work with internal service and administrative processing. The assignment will be performed on-site and includes, among other things:

• processing and follow-up of cases
• planning and coordination of administrative tasks
• internal service such as reporting issues in premises
• mail and package handling, including registered mail (REK)
• staffing the reception
• documentation and follow-up of actions taken

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in administrative work and/or processing
• is service-oriented, structured, and meticulous
• can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• has good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• enjoys a role with many points of contact

Practical Information

• Extent: Full-time (100%)
• Location: Gävle
• Work format: On-site (remote work is not possible)
• Start: As soon as possible

Assignment duration: Initially 6 months with the possibility of extension

The assignment is subject to security clearance, which means you need to meet the requirements for work in sensitive operations.
